2022 – Present

Responsible for day-to-day operation of the branch, while deepening the relationship with Gonzaga University and other partners.

• Understanding the needs of the student population, to help shape a positive outcome for their financial goals

• Intentionally deepening the partnership with Gonzaga University

• Partnered with Goal Coaches to bring financial literacy to the students, staff, and partners of Gonzaga

• Partner with WA State for the blind and low vision in bring financial literacy

• Currently help the district as a Credit Card lead, by creating ambassador team to help with branches education and goals, send out weekly emails, monthly ambassador’s calls, 1:1 coaching, and being a part of branch huddles

• Collaborate with other branches to help with staffing

• Mentor with other university branch managers to help duplicate what we have done on Gonzaga University campus
